Returns/Exchanges


Here at Lauren James Children’s Company, we know that ordering products online can be somewhat of a guessing game since you cannot physically touch, feel or try clothing on. As a result of this, we make every effort to be very “return-friendly." If you are needing to return an item, here are our policies effective January 7, 2019

· Any items you purchased must be returned within 14 days of shipping and all items are only eligible for store credit which will be issued in the form of a gift card. Shipping costs back to our store is the responsibility of the customer.

· Returned items must remain un-washed and unworn and not smell of smoke.

·Anything purchased with any form of personalization is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.

·Anything purchased at a discounted price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.

·Anything purchased during a promotion to receive a “free gift item” is considered a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.

·Holiday items may be exchanged for a different size (if available) or another item of the same holiday within 14-days of purchase but is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.

PICKUP ORDERS

·Items will not be held for in-store pickup unless they are paid for, so that all available sizes and quantities are available to in-store customers.

·In-store pick-up items will only be held in our store for 14 days. After the 14-day mark, a shipping invoice will be emailed to you with a 48-hour window to pay. If not paid, the item will be forfeited, and 50% restocking fee will be charged (excluding holiday items and pre-order items).
